WHAT IS WILDPARK®?

WILDPARK® is an independent limited edition design project founded in China in 2020. We produce accessories, t-shirts, and bags in strictly limited quantities. The brand operates at the intersection of unrestricted creativity, pragmatism, and exploration. Each product is a considered object — designed once, made once, then retired.

WHAT IS THE 100-PIECE BATCH SYSTEM?

Every design we produce is made in exactly 100 pieces per batch. Once those 100 pieces are sold, that design is permanently retired. No reprints. No restocks. The next batch introduces a new design. This is not a marketing tactic — it is the structure the brand is built on.

WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

No. Once a batch sells out, it is gone. That is the design. Items marked END are permanently closed. A new design will enter the next batch — different in every way.

WHEN DOES THE NEXT BATCH DROP?

There is no fixed schedule. New batches are released when the design is ready — not on a calendar. Follow our store to be notified when new products go live. Quality over cadence.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR T-SHIRTS?

Sizes vary by batch. The available sizes and a size chart are listed on each product page. Because each batch is produced independently, sizing may differ between designs. Always check the chart before ordering.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After dispatch:

Domestic (China): 3–7 business days.
International: 10–21 business days depending on destination.
Express options are available at checkout.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

All sales are final for limited edition products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, size, or change of mind. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, contact us.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
