Refund policy

We want you to love your WILDPARK pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at hello@shopwildpark.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

Our pieces are produced in limited batches of 100 and are not restocked once sold out. If your size or design is still available, email us and we'll help arrange an exchange; otherwise we'll process a refund.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days at hello@shopwildpark.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
